Anda Stamati is an Athens-based attorney, a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens, and holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in Labor Law.

Anda specializes in Labor and Tax Law, fields in which she has accumulated extensive experience through her collaborations with renowned law firms and organizations. Her experience includes significant business and tax issues such as income and capital taxation, as well as the impacts of mergers and acquisitions on labor relations. She has actively participated in the long-term tax seminar of PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining significant expertise in VAT, capital matters, and bilateral agreements.

Her activities extend to the publication of numerous articles and studies on labor rights and social security issues, as well as participation in research projects and conferences at both national and international levels. Since 2003, she has been a scientific associate at the Labor Institute (INE/GSEE), where she is involved in the research and study of labor and social security issues and provides legal support to the organization.

Anda actively participates in many events and workshops dealing with labor relations and tax law. She has organized and presented at seminars and conferences, highlighting issues such as labor developments post-economic crisis, the impacts of mergers and acquisitions in the labor field, and the application of legislation in workplaces.
